This one of a kind, hand crafted purse was made with the inspiration of the amazing and fun illuminated manuscripts.
Made from thick veg-tan leather, the purse showcases unique hand-carved and painted designs from Medieval manuscripts of a deceptive rabbit distracting a knight who is on guard duty while the other rabbit on the removable tag is waiting to ambush around the corner.
The outer flap is secured with a brass tongue and loop closure that is adorned with a blue cut gem of Bohemian glass set in 24K gold plated brass since all those of the Nobility class need at least one gemstone!
The bag hangs on a slim shoulder strap with 14" of adjustment for tall or small humans and has handy slots along the gusset to neatly tuck away excess length along the bottom of the purse.
Inside, there is a slim pocket for smaller items like love notes or cash, a spot for a credit card or ID, along with the main compartment measuring 6.5 inches wide by 2.5 inches deep by 6 inches tall. (It can even accommodate a Medium-Large phone horizontally when placed in the front fold!)
This purse is entirely hand cut, carved, dyed, stitched, and painted.
